Precedence
The policies below take precedence over all other representations including, but not limited to: a) those made on this or other websites; b) representations made in printed materials; and c) representations made by NCVA employees or agents.

Pricing
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for products, shipping and handling, and applicable sales taxes (for shipments to locations within CA only). Despite our best efforts to keep our pricing information accurate, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is incorrect. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time and will always contact you to confirm any change before your order is charged and shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.

Availability/Backorders
We make every effort to ensure that we always have stock on hand of all our products. If we are aware that an item is out-of-stock at the time of your order, you will receive a backorder notification during the checkout process. At that time, you have the option to proceed with your purchase or to remove the back-ordered product from your shopping cart and select an alternate product. If you decide to place an order for a back-ordered product, we will not bill your credit card until that product is shipped to you. If we discover that an item is out-of-stock after you have placed your order, we will keep you updated (via telephone or email) on the out-of-stock status and the date we expect to have product available.

Payment Options
We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept checks and money oreders.

Shipping & Handling
We ship products to all 50 United States. International orders are not currently accepted. Orders generally ship within one business day via UPS Ground, unless otherwise selected by you during the ordering process. Multiple item orders will be shipped together. However, if any item is placed on backorder, items in stock may be shipped separately.

Returns
If the item has been damaged during shipment to you or if we have shipped a product to you in error, this must be reported to us within five business days. In this case, a replacement product will be shipped to you immediately and no additional charges or credits will be applied to your credit card. As security, however, we will hold a pre-authorization on your credit card for the amount of the replacement until we receive and inspect the damaged or extra item(s). Please note, a pre-authorization is not a charge, it only gives us the right to charge. All other returned items must be in "off-the-shelf” condition and in the original box with all original packaging (unless damaged in shipping as described earlier). Items that have been scratched, or otherwise damaged so that they cannot be returned to stock are not eligible for return. If you return an item that you do not want, or have ordered in error, you do not get a refund. Exchanges are allowed if the item has not been worn or damaged. To return an item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for returning your product. Products returned to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
